Maria looked after us all the way through from our initial enquiry, all viewings and negotiations to purchasing the property. Maria’s kind and professional manner combined with local knowledge and excellent negotiating skills has made our home buying process effortless. I've been very impressed by the way Adam and Statons deal with there customers, Adam is a leading sales agent and a extremely experienced property advisor, but apart from this, he's a very nice human being. I have been so impressed by the team at statons Estate agents Hadley wood,
I have just sold a house in Hadley wood, it took 3-4 weeks, it is a probate sale.
Starting with Nick Staton, who from day one, gave me great advice and help with the legal questions I had , Then day to day Lucia and Maria were the most helpful, confident, and friendly sales people part of the team, and lastly Adam who advised me on the best way to handle the different bids we received. If you are looking for the best estate agents in the area chose Statons.

We did many viewings in Hadley Wood with Carolyn from Statons and, from the beginning, she was extremely knowledgable, highly credible and very personable too, which immediately put us at ease and safe in the knowledge that we were in the best of hands.
Carolyn was extremely accommodating of all of the requested follow-up visits of our shortlisted properties, arranging them all very efficiently and perfectly scheduled. She also managed the subsequent pricing negotiation on our favourite property extremely proficiently and professionally.
We were then introduced to her colleague Adam who had the unenviable task of managing a long and complex chain to completion and to a very tight related completion deadline. He did so expertly, keeping us constantly in the loop with the whole chain benefiting from full transparency which was a key factor in getting the full chain closed on time, to a very tight completion deadline and against a challenging market backdrop.
Buying and selling a house is often an overly stressful experience and rollercoaster ride, but Carolyn and Adam were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning and it is because of their considerable efforts throughout that we successfully navigated and concluded our purchase across a complex chain and exacting deadline.
For anyone looking for to buy or sell a property in Hadley Wood, we recommend Carolyn and Adam at Statons extremely highly indeed.

I have been helped by Statons Hadley Wood office for over a period of more than 20 years. They have helped my family both in terms of selling and buying our homes, as well as a period of letting when we lived abroad. I can highly recommend Nick, Carolyn and Adam in the Hadley Wood team. They clearly are local experts and the service experience has been incredibly comforting to us at often stressful times. They can bring to bear a significant local network of experts that are needed in the different stages, and they know the local market exceedingly well. They have kept us in the loop very regularly, meaning that we have not needed to chase after any news on the progress. We even created a WhatsApp group for this purpose. We received significant support from them, all the way to the exchange happening promptly. They are very nice and trustworthy personalities to boot. Statons are quite frankly the worst agents in the area. Having chased them for weeks on end to view a number of houses, we are still waiting for a simple call back. I am unsure why they have the monopoly in the area. Note that if you are not a wealthy football player, don’t bother contacting them!! Woeful service in comparison to other good estate agents like Fine & Country / Winkworth (Barnet) and Michael Wright.
