Worst experience ever
But ever ever
Seriously I don't understand and i can't believe how they still in the market with they type of attitude and with zero professionalism
Not helpful at all in all manners
They think the clients needs them ,
Instead their need clients,
and they think they are the bosses
I'd prefer to stay homeless instead choosing them
The manager called Gary
was selective and unhelpful at all for everything
He looks like the person who smiles in front of your face, butttt ........

Did we buy & sell through Andrew Ward? Yes
At any point, was it a pleasant or professional experience? No
We had cause to complain before, during & after the transaction. Complaints were not resolved & were in fact dismissed by rude staff that had no understanding of customer service.
I could not recommend this agent to anyone.
