Gareth was helpful, professional and always willing to provide updates and answer my questions. Communication was good, and I really appreciated his support in helping everything move forward smoothly. I would definitely recommend Reades to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the first enquiry through to getting the keys, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Joshua Smaje was especially helpful throughout, friendly, responsive and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we were unsure about.
Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Joshua made the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward. We are very happy with Maes Offa and genuinely appreciate the support we received along the way.
A big thank you to Joshua and the team, highly recommended.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently used the William gleave deeside branch to sell our house. From the moment we met Becky for valuation we knew it was the right choice to make.
The pitch was very relaxed and well put across, we'd met some other local estate agents previously and were very put off by their aggressive sales pitch and sky high prices.
Photos and adverts were drafted very quickly and were a very high standard
From the viewing appointments to the offer process, we were kept well informed and couldn't fault them.
The after offer process became extremely stressful but the level of commitment from Marla and Sara towards the end of the process was nothing short of outstanding. The work they put in for us and our buyer to get it over the line was massively appreciated, I don't know how they put up with that level of stress from incompetent solicitors, I admire their patience.
Thanks to all of you who were involved in the process but especially to Marla and Sara, you've both been amazing and we can't thank you enough, we're glad we picked you!

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)This review is long overdue, but it absolutely needs to be said: Berry & George are not your average estate agents, and Rich is quite simply the best sales agent you could hope to meet.
We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did.
From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way.
From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today.
