8th Jan 2025 (8 days ago)From start to finish the staff at Murray’s were absolutely brilliant .The viewings were carried out by them which took the pressure off me. They also coordinated the sale and were the driving force within the chain contacting the other agents and solicitors to keep it all on track . They took the time to explain , support and reassure me as the sale went through . I would recommend Murray’s without a hesitation. It is a very stressful time when buying and selling a house but Murray’s made it a lot easier for me .
16th Dec 2024 (4 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Knight Partnership Lettings in Stamford and I can honestly say they are one of the friendliest, most approachable and helpful estate agents I have ever dealt with and really go out of their way to do all they can. I needed some help with modern technology in making a recent application and they really go out of their way to help. I would thoroughly recommend and score them far and away above many other estate agents. Many thanks
10th Apr 2024 (9 mo. ago)I recently contacted Connells to come and value my property as I wanted to sell, Jacob came to my property to do so, and has also dealt with all other requirements going forward so far. He has gone above and beyond, he is extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and fast to respond, and very professional at the same time. My experience with Connells so far has been great and ran smoothly, all with thanks to Jacob. I cannot recommend him enough!

6th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. This team just get it. They understand the stresses of selling and make the process almost pleasurable. To me communication is everything and they never let us down on this front. Highly recommend - you won’t find better.
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Also they sent me a remainder about rent by email i replied on that email same day that rent is clear they have no time to see that. Also I am complaining about water leaking it's been more then two years still no response. All they wants money no care about customers.

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

We had a lot of issues with the estate agent we listed our old property with, but Sarah at Rezide was always there to offer her support and guidance to help overcome the issues we were faced with. Rezide Group demonstrated excellent knowledge and experience in the industry, and if we do make the decision to sell again, Rezide Group is going to be our first choice!
