My experience of working with this agency so far has been five star. My main dealings have been with Brooke; she is a very caring, thorough and professional young lady who will go far, and is an asset to the business. She has been very patient and gone out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond by coming out to show me properties on her day off at the weekend. I then had communications with the owner Steve, and I could tell that he genuinely cared and wasn’t out to make as much money as he could out of me. He took the time to give me lots of advice and info; this greatly reassured me and I was most appreciative of this. I am now looking forward to working with their letting team going forward. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.
