Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. Clearly the best agent Bowden Bradley in Essex Ilford, Barkingside, Gantshill localities. You can trust them. They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end.
