23rd May 2026 (26 days ago)I had a disappointing experience trying to arrange a viewing with this agency. I made multiple attempts to arrange a viewing but didn’t receive any clear confirmation. I was told emails hadn’t come through, which was frustrating. Then l was given a time over the phone and told that another viewer would be there before 15 min ago. And l asked them whether 15 min would be enough to see the house. They said yes and l would receive confirmation email with address of the house but l never received that confirmation email. As a result l was unable to attend the viewing. As a serious buyer with an agreement in principle, l expected a more organised and responsive service.

I will recommend to anyone around this area wanting to buy or sell. Great work team and thanks again for your service.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
