16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Absolutely awful. Undervalued and only my insistance to market at my sensible price did they and it had offers over the value. They also had their own agenda with any offers. A friend rang to enquire about my house and was told it was sold when it wasn't When I questioned them they denied it even though she had evidence. Complained but done nothing until another complaint came in they said the people involved don't work at office anymore, therefore nothing could be done. I cancelled agreement and on evening before contract finished a buyer of theirs turned up on my doorstep ( incidentally they had suggested I speak to their buyer before end of sale)

We recently bought a property through them & we have been so impressed with the service provided from the initial viewing to the support they offered with the purchase. Oliver has been exceptional in terms of liaising with us & the vendor & chasing up the solicitor when required. Everyone else we dealt with in the branch was friendly & helpful too. It’s been such a positive experience & we are so happy with the house we bought! Thank you Savills Sevenoaks!

I can’t recommend them enough and can only imagine how easy they make your lives if you’re a landlord. 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)I know it is a tough market to sell with high rates, but the experience wasn’t great. We have been consistently pushed to lower our price, to a point it becomes really irritating. The buyers they found was not vet properly been told they already exchanged, pushed us take property off market then turn out they didn’t, and chain fell because our buyers’ buyers withdraw last minute. Wont recommend and won’t use them again.

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)J-S performed their brief well. We adjusted the brochure to improve the image of our property. There were irregularities with the sale which did not achieve the asked price but the staff remained optimistic and helpful throughout the process.
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)We had to liaise with them for a house sale in Bromley a couple of years ago and we found that Stuart wasn’t very flexible in terms of negotiating an exchange and completion date and instead of allowing both side to get to a compromise he took a n inflexible stance which obviously worked best for his clients, but not for everyone else involved in the process. We appreciate that he was acting on their behalf, but believe he could have adopted a more inclusive, fairer approach to make the process smoother for everyone.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed and comfortable every step of the way.

He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and knew exactly how to stage the house to maximise its appeal. He quickly secured a buyer in a great position and was without exception available for any questions and to keep on top of the solicitors on both sides. He remained level headed through what can be a very stressful situation and I would unreservedly recommend him!
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)This is way overdue but I cannot recommend this agent enough. We purchased our house through The Bridge and Caroline was nothing short of exceptional. On first contact, we explained our situation and that we had to close fast. She made herself available after hours and on weekends as well as always being available via email. She even went out of her way to contact solicitors on our behalf in order to find one that could also meet our tight deadlines and she managed to get it done! So grateful to her for how she went above and beyond and helped us, being a model professional the entire time. Will be in touch when we are ready for our next move and I would recommend everyone else do the same. Thank you Caroline!

Michael was incredibly helpful, kind, and hard-working, consistently going the extra mile to assist and ensure a successful outcome. It comes as no surprise that he has been promoted to manager. In the past few weeks, I have dealt with many letting agents, and it has not always been a pleasant experience. However, Michael stands out as a stellar example of fantastic customer service. He is not only kind but also smart and innovative, willing to make a few extra calls to get things done. Darren, the owner, made an excellent decision in promoting him, as Michael creates a positive atmosphere for the entire office. Carlos, who also works there, is very kind and helpful as well. Unlike many other agents on the same street, there is no attitude or patronizing behavior from either of them. The property rental market in East Grinstead is tough, but with Michael, you are in safe hands. He could easily train the rest of the town on how to conduct business professionally. This is the second review I have written for Michael; the first was almost four years ago. Thank you very much for your professionalism. It’s evident that you have helped many other tenants and have received excellent reviews for your work.
