Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment we viewed the property to submitting our offer, Zofia and Lucy were fantastic. They were informative, supportive, and so helpful. The process of putting in our offer and having it accepted felt smooth and stress free thanks to them. We were then introduced to Sophie, our sales progresser, who was brilliant from start to finish. She was organised and kept us fully updated at every stage, which really helped us understand the process as first time buyers. Picking up the keys was a lovely experience, complete with a special touch from Cubitt & West. We truly can’t thank the team enough for making this process so smooth, positive, and exciting!
16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . Through all the information we found Tara to be ahead of the game every step of the way, she made sense of all the info and always had the right options for us to continue moving forward. Both my wife and myself would very much like to thank Tara for every phone call she made which made the process understandable and therefore calm . We would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are selling or buying, truely a first class outfit from top to bottom. Thank you all so much. Adrian x Barbara.
10th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)This review is for Zoe Haylock Myers —Mortgage Advisor and the sales team Jonathan Evans, Corinne Dixon and Nick Taylor. We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe. Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her. The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days. Thanks for all your work, Bairstow Eves!
7th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Move Revolution. From the start, Skye and Harvey were friendly, responsive, and clear about the process. They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Stuart helping me to see where I was going wrong with the current market, to Henry and Rachel being fantastic with arranging viewings, George always on hand in the office to answer questions and the lovely Lucy dealing with everything after sale, including my meltdown! I was initially on with another agent but had not had a single viewing in 4 weeks. A friend recommended the guys at platform, so I decided to change and they did not disappoint. I had 3 offers in one day! Amazing team effort, incredible communication and fantastic support and advice throughout the whole experience. Thank you team for everything ????

27th Sep 2025 (17 weeks ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!
17th Sep 2025 (19 weeks ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.

Polite professional and able to contact very easily , We were kept informed and updated regularly, even if something was just a small Detail. We had quite a long chain the stressful situation of our buyer pulling out last minute Caroline managed to find us a new buyer very quickly she was so supportive not just on a professional, but on a personal level and helped take that pressure off . Caroline We really cannot thank you enough for purchasing our dream home and being in before Christmas!!! Natalie and Lauren
