   I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Dev throughout my house purchase. From the initial viewings, which were always relaxed and gave me plenty of time to properly take in the house, through to agreeing the sale, he’s been great to deal with.<br><br>Dev helped with the negotiations and ultimately helped me agree a price I was really happy with. Although it’s been a relatively straightforward purchase with no chain, he’s still kept on top of things throughout, regularly chasing where needed and helping to keep the process moving.<br><br>He’s always been friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with, both in person and over the phone.
