12th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

From the bottom of our hearts — truly grateful to the whole team<br><br>Evans Bros Estate Agents haven’t just helped us move house — they’ve helped us begin our retirement, and for that we will be forever thankful. The whole journey was flawless from the very first day right through to us walking through the door of our new home.<br><br>We owe so much to every single member of the Evans Bros team who was involved in our purchase — you were all absolutely wonderful. And we must give the biggest thanks to Angharad in particular, who was our absolute rock throughout.<br><br>When our first sale fell through, we were heartbroken — but Angharad and the team never gave up on us. She spoke tirelessly with the sellers, fought our corner, and secured us a precious two?week extension before they would have put the house back on the market. 7th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.
