12th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

22nd May 2023 (1 year ago)The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The photographs and brochure were very good and probably contributed to a quick sale. They responded very quickly with the initial visit to discuss the sale and then a little later when I was ready to sell. I felt their communication to me on sale progress could have been a bit slicker but overall very happy with the service they offered.

18th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Trying to purchase a property and Evans Brothers were the selling agent, I must say, I am glad that as a buyer, I don’t have to pay them as I would not recommend. I find their staff very unhelpful with such an attitude. After being told we would receive calls back, time and time again we were never called back. Told that the vendor did not accept our offer - I highly doubt this was ever put forward to the vendor. We travelled nearly 3 hours to see the property.
4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed

They are efficient, professional and approachable. I wouldn't use anybody else to sell my property.

26th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!
