We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.

23rd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.
If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
