5th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)From calling out to provide a property valuation for probate to going on to sell the property our experience with Payton Jewell and Caine has been first class. Despite us initially selecting another estate agent, who had valued the property too high they failed to sell after 3 months and had only one viewing, Catherine Caine kept in touch with us throughout this period, When we decided to change agents, and were only in the area for a matter of hours, Catherine called out immediately to go through everything and give her advice. We changed to Payton Jewell and Caine and within 3 days they had done several viewingsand sold the property. Following the sale the service never faltered and Clare kept us informed at every stage, even going out of her way to deliver documents on our behalf to solicitors. The whole experience with this company and the service they have provided has been exceptional. Thank you Catherine, Clare and the rest of your team for all of your help and fantastic service
1st Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have been dealing with the Talbot Green branch over the last few months regarding both buying and selling, Cordelia has been a huge help in keeping us updated with new listings that match our criteria and is extremely friendly and professional - although not quite ready yet we will not be looking to go elsewhere when it comes to selling our home!

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Once again Martin & Co live up to expectations in their area of expertise, managing to secure a sale in record time for my property where another agent wasn't able to. Henry and Astrid were both great to work with and got everything done with no fuss - and act as a great bridge between buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

The service and communication is amazing (especially compared to previous agents). The detail in inspections and finding tenants is very thorough. I would defo recommend!

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

Ever since I approached Peter Morgan Talbot Green about listing my property I've experienced professional, upbeat and helpful service and advice. All the staff were friendly and helpful but i particularly want to thank Non. She was beyond helpful. Whenever I called wanting to ask a question or chase an update on the sale, I was always relieved whenever i called and Non was in the office. She was brilliant at chasing things, keeping me up to date and called me back when she said she would. The experience of selling and purchasing a property is very stressful and I know the role is very difficult and I only hope I didnt make things more difficult with my constant pestering. Non was always reassuring and friendly. I'm very greatful for all her help.
