13th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)?? If anyone is looking to put their property on the market I would highly recommend they do not list with South Wales Property Investors and Lettings in Treorchy. Moving home can be a stressful time and the people you enlist to sell your property should make it as smooth a process as possible. We have had the worst experience with them the last two weeks and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be spoken to, lied to and dealt with in the manner I have.

The house was in the market for sometime but the feedback from the viewings we had were well communicated and discussed. After a lot of hard work and reappraisal of the housing market and valuation the house was sold for the current asking price and the sale agreed. Throughout the completion period we were helped by Olivia Louise who were able to contact third parties on my behalf to expedite the process. Good all round service

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

2nd Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys
25th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is now my second time using Martin & Co Cardiff, having purchased my home with them just over 2 years ago and now selling my home as I move in with a partner. Once again Martin & Co live up to expectations in their area of expertise, managing to secure a sale in record time for my property where another agent wasn't able to. Henry and Astrid were both great to work with and got everything done with no fuss - and act as a great bridge between buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

Wayne managed to get our property straight on the market and sold it first viewing, we are now in our forever home.
