After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)The young guy Finlay that showed us around a house we were interested in is fantastic, very very nice guy. However!! Jade the manager of Peter Alan in talbot green could do with learning some manners and is an obstructive argumentative person who I or my partner will never deal with again! We had an appointment booked for 12 to see a financial advisor and appointments before hand to see a house! The manager Jade called me at 10:05 to cancel our appointment at 12. I explained I wasn’t happy and that we had travelled from Rumney for this meeting but it’s no worries I will go elsewhere to seek financial advice. The manager Jade then called me a liar and stated back to me that I’m from tonyrefail and hadn’t travelled from Cardiff whatsoever, I tried to explain that my partner is from Cardiff and that I had travelled with her from there! Jade continued to overtalk me and point out that I hadn’t travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting as I was due for a viewing at 11 in gilfach goch so that I was lying to the fact saying I had travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting pointing out I would have had to anyway to view the property! A very aggressive argumentative individual who has now lost Peter Alan a customer or more as I will let everyone I know what kind of person they have there managing that particular outlet/shop! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour by a woman in her 40’s that should have a little more decorum about her and not call customers that have travelled for 45 minutes for a meeting a liar! 14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Letting agent has been unhelpful and inconsiderate of the tenants' needs. Failed to offer any support when the landlord-provided refrigerator malfunctioned, repeatedly freezing and defrosting. Rejected upon request for basic cleaning materials for to clean the leaking fridge. Insufficient fridge space, got rid of personal fridge with only 1 day notice. Inconsistent cleaning schedule. There were periods where the cleaner only visited once every two weeks, which contradicts what we were promised. Maintenance requests have also been handled with delays.
2nd Jul 2019 (7 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

Viewings were handled very professionally, and we were given the time and space to look around the property without any pushy sales pressure, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Mel was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, including arranging return visits whenever needed. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for helping make the purchase of our new home such a positive experience.
