I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. This is the second time we have used Frosts. Our first, 3 years ago was selling our own property and this time my Mother selling hers. On both occasions everyone at Frosts was so helpful and professional. I think where the team at Langley really excel is during the post offer to completion stage. In both our cases the communication and management were so personal and professional. For this we thank Alison. Not to exclude any of the other team in branch as lead Steve ensured the properties were correctly marketed and was always available for sound advice. Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.... Read more
