Zara Beggs is my property manager and has always been excellent at responding and sorting any problems I have had in a timely manner.

They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

The team then went ahead and handled all aspects of the sale to conclusion keeping me well informed throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bakewell & Horner
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Rent price increased by 25 a month, when asked about the reasons for the increase only given lies, when challenged on this it was completely dismissed and not even replied to. Dealing with damp and mould a year and a quarter on. Friendly staff in the office when you call.

When we called and gave the details on the property that we were looking for they hit the mark with suggestions and nothing ever seemed like to much of annoyance. The response time with emails and telephone calls was very good and no question was to big or to small. I can’t thank the team at Lesley hooks for making the transition of moving properties one of the easiest experiences moving homes.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Nick has been absolutely amazing at helping me with buying my first house. I’m an apprentice on a temporary contract and he has managed to source a mortgage with a top lender with a very competitive interest rate, despite my difficult affordability circumstance. Even after getting my mortgage offer through and approved, Nick continued to help when there was an issue between the solicitor and the mortgage company, keeping me regularly updated when the solicitor went quiet. The house is due to complete in nine days, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. Despite the cost of the lifetime membership, I would recommend Nick to anyone needing mortgage advice, and if I ever move in the future I will definitely be using Nick’s services again.

Bradshaw came in, told me to remain the price as is and they sold it within a few weeks. My only regret is not going with them from the start.
