Just would like to thank the property centre for your professional service. We managed to move into our new commercial premises in a short time scale which was brilliant for us. Everything was done professionally and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Would recommend using this agent especially in the commercial sector across Wirral they seem to have a lot of premises to rent.
Totally unprofessional Nina is lovely but Dave is the least professional person I have ever dealt with I offered to pay 6 months upfront and an extra month's council tax, as that was the excuse offered, but that wasn't good enough..I get the feeling they just make their money off the application fee. DO NOT Use. Just an update, despite Dave insisting that there were lots of other people interested, the flat wasn't occupied until 3 months later. I guess the plan to get an extra month's rent backfired.
Genuine one star review. Meaning, the one star is for selling our property in 8 days flat. Great! However, literally everything else about Bradshaw Farnham & Lea was a joke. We found out after 2 months that we have a “sales progressor”, to which we only received one email, we asked what was happening with our buyers solicitor as they are ignoring our solicitors emails, letters and calls, so the “sales progressor” managed to get in touch with OUR solicitor then emailed me to tell me exactly what we had already told her. At least she responded. After this. We didn’t have any more contact with the “sales progressor”. Another 2 months pass rolling this on our own. The sale is finally progressing now and BFL are somewhat in the loop, they actually managed to negotiate a completion date (in 6 days time). Woah! You expect to wait 4 months and try and drop a full house move on us in 6 days time? Sounds a lot like disorganisation don’t you think? We push back as we had already preliminarily planned for around 2 weeks ahead and this is where we finally agreed. Guaranteed that the move would be the 13th June, we arranged a van and on the morning of the 13th we loaded 70% of Our belongings into this van (the bed went in first). We’re at about 12:30 now and we haven’t heard anything from anyone. My partner decides to call them, after a return phone call apparently they were waiting for our buyer to pay his deposit to his lender (??!!??) the sale is now underway. It’s going to be a few hours for the transfer can go through before we can get the keys. It’s now 1pm, we decide to go and wait near the branch and wait for the call as the day is now running out and we have to do another trip in the van but we haven’t even unloaded the first lot, or the cars. At 4pm, I’m seriously agitated and decide to go to the branch to find out what’s going on. The girl I speak to needs to call someone else to find out what’s going on. When she gets off the phone she says the money transfers still haven’t gone through. If it hasn’t gone through by 4:30pm you will need to go back to your current property, of which it’s mostly packed into the van. (Remember the bed went in first... pro tip, never do this!). I’m now just about ready to explode. With a few minutes to spare, the phone rings. It’s done, there’s the keys. Then I get “so, err, the buyer is now legally entitled to that property, when can he have the keys?” I’m stunned for a split second. Obviously, when I’ve emptied it, “but we will be closed in an hour, I can ask him to meet you at the property” yeah whatever. Thankfully, that was the last encounter with BFL and it will certainly be the last. We were put off Karl Tatler with how often they rang us before choosing an estate agent, but honestly feel we made a poor decision and should have paid the extra for KT, we feel with how annoying they are with ringing you that is probably reciprocated to the solicitors and other people in the chain which should keep things moving.
TLDR: BFL excellent at a sale, nothing more. Should have paid extra for Karl Tatler.

Absolutely disgusted with this branch. They arrange a viewing and then cancel within an hours notice with a pathetic excuse! Myself and my partner took a half day at work for the viewing so loss of earnings for nothing. The agent in the office lied to me and said there were only 2 agents, but then according to an email I received, there are many more than that! I’d love to know if the landlord knows they’re arranging viewings but cancelling prospective tenants, as we know we weren’t the only ones who had been cancelled that day. And the customer service from the agent on the phone and the multiple emails does show the lack of customer service skills they have and how rude and unprofessional they are.
Thank you so much for the invaluable help with the sale of our apartment. You certainly went the extra mile!
It is for the Landlords who are browsing about which letting agency to go to.
When a tenant likes a house like us we always think we can put up with letting agencies. So I think this review is not much for tenants but to you landlords.
1) The bathtub had horrible mold which the agency left there for us to deal with. Which we did and the Landlord paid for that because the repair team was in the house doing some work and left the mold behind.
2) The landlord changed the carpet but the repair team didn't shave the doors.
Some hinges were coming off because of the strain putting on the doors when opening/closing. My husband replace to some strong nails but the kitchen door top hinge was actually so rust that it split in two.
July the girl from West Derby said someone was coming. I phoned few times to say nobody came during that week. It was so embarrassing calling her because she wants to get rid off you as fast as possible, when I was trying to help. We gave up. Nobody came. And the Landlord paid for the bill. Who cashed the money?!?!?
3) there is a leaking in the room downstairs right under the bathtub. It was reported 5 months ago. Again two months ago. We took pictures, filled the forms twice. The Landlord will pay a far bigger bill when the roof comes down with that water leaking and if it kills my child or hurt somebody... oh boy.... Who Will pay for all of these?
4) Boiler stopped working. We looked up for the manual online. Watched videos.
Filled the online report. Then another rude person from West Derby called Emma treated us like two idiots who don't know how to use a computer.
Phoned another branch's and again. Here on our own without heating and hot water.
The bill which the landlord may pay again which someone there will cash it because we need hit water and we will have to pay from our pocket.
