(2 reviews)13th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Having let my 1st house with Rhys and his team I was assured by Rhys that it was in safe hands. How wrong I was. It turns out that he had not put the tenants deposit in a protection scheme so when the tenant stopped paying we could not get her out through the courts and she ended up wrecking the house which in turn turned into a house that dealt drugs. Tried to complain to the Ombudsman and it turns out he was not registered to any of them. Two laws broken to my knowledge. Had a CCJ upheld against him only for him to have it taken away on the basis he said "I didn't get the paper work". Likely storey. What love I did have for my families first home was destroyed by this person and company. I have now had a number of people contact me asking about me experience with him. Including one he is friends with on social media. Would rather deal with a pirate. Avoid.
6th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Tatlers. They made contact regularly with the executors, both living many miles away. Updates were also detailed and helpful. The only reason for four stars was the road sign was initially hidden in a bush but they did move it to a more prominent position the next day! I would recommend Tatlers for selling a house on the Wirral and am assured that the friendly and polite staff will do their best to secure a quick sale.- 9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Tom and Joanna worked tirelessly to find a tenant for our property. The first tenant pulled out at the last moment so they had to start again. Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.
