Julie Dovey April 2022 These guys are totally amazing ;) there knowledgeable, professional, friendly & always keeping you updated. Plus they always sound so cheerful and happy on the phone. They are very understanding / considerate and do all they can to help .So hats off to Emma ,Sandy ,Gill & Nicole, as this team are absolute diamonds ;) Tom ( office manager ) is also a great guy and provides a fabulous service initially on marketing your property and throughout every stage of the process. We received an excellent service from Tom and the team. Tom was by far the most professional agent to provide an initial valuation. For the significant amount of work involved, the service also provided good vfm. The team did all the viewings as well as follow ups/chasing. They were efficient, courteous and professional at all times. I had bought a house a few months earlier and the agent used for this did not match BAO. Highly recommended... Read more
