17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

Efficient viewings and excellent communications. Great support following receipt of an offer to make sure the sale went through. Moving house is always stressful but they were amazing.

8th Feb 2026 (3 days ago)Parkers Chinnor and in particular Charlie Lowe have been absolutely outstanding for us during our house sale and move. Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They have made what is a stressful time far more simple.

We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)We recently went through what can only be described as a turbulent sale, but thank goodness for Sue she was our storm chaser! From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.

He was very professional in his approach, listened to concerns and always supported above and beyond when he could to help progress the purchase. There were a number of times we needed help and he always called us back with an update the same day even if it was just an update that he was still working on it.

10th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

26th Sep 2025 (20 weeks ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

Sarah, Colin and Ross were brilliant and maintained regular contact throughout to ensure any potential delays were nipped in the bud. We knew the property we were buying needed renovating and sought a property to rent whilst we undertook the required works. Again the Christopher Pallet team stepped up and Rebecca helped us lease a property that is just perfect for our needs. Clearly, we would recommend the team to anyone looking to sell, purchase, lease or rent a property.

What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a long, complex process, and throughout it all they were patient, communicative, proactive and genuinely kind. They kept everything moving, chased relentlessly when needed, and never made us feel like a nuisance… even with endless questions and updates flying back and forth. Their good humour and reassurance made a stressful situation far more manageable. We’re incredibly grateful for their support from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone navigating a purchase, especially one that isn’t entirely plain sailing!

It wasn’t the simplest of processes, but Tania was there for us every step of the way: consistently prompt, endlessly patient, and always thoughtful in her approach. There was one point, due to circumstances completely outside her control, where Tania had to step away temporarily, and the Wood & Pilcher Crowborough team seamlessly stepped in. They picked things up immediately and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. It truly felt like we had a whole team looking out for us. Her communication was clear and proactive, she kept us updated without us ever having to chase, and she handled every twist and turn with absolute professionalism and kindness. Buying a house can be stressful, but Tania made it feel manageable. We are incredibly grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Wood & Pilcher are very lucky to have her!

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!
