Any question I had was responded to very quickly, and I was updated thoroughly throughout. I would highly recommend my experience with Parkers. When collecting keys for the property I received a welcome box gift from Parker’s which was very kind and a thoughtful touch.

7th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

The staff are all lovely, they responded quickly and efficiently to any of our requests and really made every effort to go above and beyond the duties of an estate agent. We had such a stress free purchase with them and I think that was down to their dedication & commitment to delivering a professional service to both vendor and purchaser. Their welcome back is a lovely thoughtful touch too, especially after a long day moving in, we were at least able to have a cup of tea!!

It was a pleasure to deal the whole team. House was on the market for less than a week and we had an agreed sale price. If you are buying or selling they are the team to work with!

30th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

Everything was as expected and I was relatively happy with the service provided up untill my flat went live. I had not one phonecall to inform me on progress, traction or offering me advice on whats best to do since my flat was on the market(18weeks). Keegan only achieved 1 viewing in 18 weeks which I think shows they have a reactive way of doing things as opposed to being proactive in getting people in the door. I get the market can be slow but they have showed me no effort in navigating through. I felt like an after thought and that I was only interested to them if more people showed interest. When I had 1 viewing, I received no feedback whatsoever and even when they agent turned up, they barely said hello let alone attempted to get to know me, provide feedback, they were late to. If your looking for an estate agent who can make a great brochure, this is them but if your looking for communication and proactiveness, this isn't them. I think there a small team and they only have capacity to manager a small amount of propertys at one time.

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
