Recently sold our house and purchased our new home through JNP Princes Risborough. Having heard horror stories of other agencies & experienced some first hand, JNP was a breath of fresh air.
Whilst Sue was our sales progressor, the dots were “joined” by Matthew (essentially a house swap). We also had cause to speak to Nick during the process when we experienced a little delay and were chasing for updates. All those we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, throughout the process. A credit to the industry.

When first looking for an estate agent to sell your property, you think of the estimate value you are given and the percentage you will need to pay the company. I have recently sold my home through JNP and they could not have been more friendly or supportive throughout the process.

Purchased a proprty through JNP Risborough. I can only say how please we were with them. The transaction had a few legal issues and instead of just saying (its down to the solicitors) Sue did everything she possibly could to help and assist with getting the transaction through.
Its quite rare to have an agent who goes out of their way to push a transaction through and I can only thank Sue for all her help.
Would I reomend them, yes totally one of the better agents out there.

We started our experience with JNP in the hands of Matthew, who helped us get the ball rolling with both our purchase and our sale. We hit what we thought was a stumbling block early on, but Matthew went above and beyond to advise us correctly and help us get back on track very quickly. We were then passed over to Sue, the Sales Manager. Sue oversaw the sale and purchase to completion, and on multiple occasions went well beyond what you might expect, ensuring problems with third parties were resolved incredibly quickly.
