Sam and his Team have been absolutely amazing and their advice throughout the process has been invaluable which ultimately got us this beautiful house. They are very professional and kind and even when we had delays with the mortgage, Sam has been patient and kind and kept everyone reassured that we are on the right track. Sam and his Team have the right skill set and maturity to deal with any situations & complex transactions and minimise stress so, if you are looking for the best agent in Wimbledon, Sam Lloyd and his Team are always there and happy to help. 5th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Staff that work at the Chelsea Bridge Wharf (Queenstown Road) are absolutely horrendous. Anytime a tenant would need help, you had to call and email them numerous times to get anything moving, as if it wasn’t their job. Property manager Venice is the rudest and the most useless person I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely do not recommend this agency and this particular branch, there are so many more better and ACTUALLY helpful agencies, where staff are able and capable to actually HELP the tenants, because remember- renting is not just paying the rent and collecting the keys, as things break, situations happen, neighbours exist - and you need a helpful and educated agency to deal with that if you need help
10th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Gibson Lane as a buyer. A few highlights: - We had to be very proactive with asking for weekly updates on documents as the sales agent was otherwise not very forthcoming with information - Sales agent assigned to our case had a habit of leaving work around 3:30, so any inquiries (email or phone) past then would have to wait until the next day - Sales agent also would randomly not be in on days without any warning or automated email response (like you would expect), so important emails would go unanswered, forcing us to call to check on inquiries - Sales agent was very condescending in communications, presenting very unfavorable terms while adding "I trust these will be agreeable" or otherwise completely ignoring our concerns - During negotations for period between exchange and completion, sales agent threatened us by saying that "the market has moved on since your offer and the vendor will put the property on the market and we will sell it for more money" - this is verbatim - Despite the threats, the sales agent's manager and vendor backed down in the end, showing how toothless they actually were Please let our hardships be a lesson to all prospective buyers: do not trust anything that Gibson Lane sales agents tell you, they are only concerned with their sales targets and commissions.
2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

Conor demonstrated a good understanding of our preferenes and was responsive to our inquiries, which made the process efficient. While there were a few hiccups along the way dealing with sellers who were not easy, Conor handled them professionally and ensured our needs were met to the extent possible. Overall we are grateful for Conor's assistance and would happily recommend him to others in search of a reliable real estate agent.

I had a small amount of time in which to find a property and he made some great recommendations for me to consider and view. Staff are fantastic especially Leo, lots of viewings and very informative as the Sale goes on. I would highly recommend this extremely professional company.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
