Kevin was always quick to respond and it only took a day between presenting an offer to an outcome. Even though we did not go with the apartment in the end I would absolutely work with Kevin again!

10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Although Flora and Adam were the estate agents acting for the seller rather than for us, they were both excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Flora went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, with special thanks to Flora for her exceptional dedication and care.

17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.

It's been fantastic working with them - in particular Allie went to a lot of effort to proactively get viewings in a tough market, and one of those ended up being the buyer. We had the flat on with another agent for months without a single viewing and as soon as we worked with RB the diary was full and we had an offer within a couple of weeks, and a higher price than we might have expected.<br><br>Thanks for all your work RB team!

Lots of viewings, a good offer, friendly, efficient and professional throughout!- 19th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
