I had scanned all over Kensington prior to interacting with Knight Frank, and can say that they are the best agent in W8! Claudia knows the market inside out and facilitated a smooth negotiation + transaction process. Fast and clear communications, professional service and knowledge, cannot recommend more!
Extremely unprofessional service on lettings, extremely ignorant agents. dont do their works. Very regret that I rent with them. We have to call them day to day in order to get informed. ??? excuse me ?!
go to Savills, they are much more better agents. knight frank is just disappointingly unprofessional.

We contacted the team from Winkworth Fulham for the evaluation of our property. We had not decided if we would sell it or rent it, but the team had already a potential buyer in mind and our property sold after the first visit which was a complete surprise! The team has been very professional, very reliable and more important for us, has been of great support from the beginning until the completion
Winkworth Fulham branch is not just a standard awful estate agents- it's THE worst I have ever come across- and I've come across bad estate agents.
This was my service experience:
- I found a flat on gumtree that I really liked, unfortunately winkworth were managing it.
-They didn't reply to my question about a viewing
- I then kept getting emails from them about 2 bed properties, which I wasn't looking at, in areas I didn't want.
-I then called them about the property and they said they couldn't do viewings past 5.45pm- not very realistic for full time working people
-Eventually managed to view it at the weekend but the person showing us didn't tell us anything useful or have any knowledge of the property
-We liked the flat so much that despite all the crap service we still put an offer on.
-They mentioned we wouldn't hear until Monday as it's the weekend.
- I then chased every day and they said they were waiting for a response and have put it forward.
-I hear nothing by Tuesday, so I ask someone else in their office and they said the offer wasn't even put forward to the landlord
-I call winkworth up to ask what happened and they said 'yes sorry they're looking for a couple not sharers'.
So why didn't you tell me that to begin with? Why are you ALL SO BAD AT YOUR JOBS??

I have been having a great experience with Salim as my agent! My moving situation is complicated and he has been great (and patient!) with advising on rental options to fit my needs, market availability, and having international components to content with as well as assistance dogs. Highly recommend working with him!
I tried to visit a flat with Foxtons, but it seems they have no focus on clients at all and no flexibility. If you don’t what they want, they don’t show you the flat. Such a terrible and basic error: the focus of any company should be the client, respecting client needs and availability to visit flats. Felt really disrespected.
