They're hands down the best letting agents I've come across in London. Mansour is absolutely great and clearly knows how to provide an exceptional service. From start to finish, every process was seamless. He was attentive, addressed all our concerns, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are way beyond happy to have found an amazing and beautiful apartment we can call home. Mansour even negotiated with the landlord to get us some additional perks. To make things even better, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift on the day we moved in, as a small gesture. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained when we were handed over the keys. It’s been a week since we have moved in and Mansour has continued to check in with us to make sure everything is going well. Thanks again Mansour and the team at James Anderson. You guys clearly are the best.

23rd Sep 2024 (29 days ago)The team at KFH, in particular Liam and Craig, were fantastic in orchestrating our purchase. Always available when we wanted to check something, meet with builders ahead of completion etc - Craig was always happy to help. As with any home purchase, there was the occasional sticky situation, and Liam and Craig shone here in being able to negotiate the result we were hoping for. Highly recommend the team here at KFH for any home purchase!

It's been a difficult process with lots of stops and issues; Alistair and team have always helped and assisted me, whether it was chasing for updates, keeping me and my solicitor informed. While I was hoping for the process to be smoother, KFH did what I could expect them to do and much beyond. I am very happy, highly recommended.

He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

His approachable demeanor and efficient, clear communication made the process smooth and stress-free. Despite our busy schedules, Duncan went above and beyond to assist us in securing the flat. His support was invaluable, and we never felt pressured at any point. 18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them
