1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Michael was brilliant with the viewings especially as we had already moved out.. The person we were most impressed with (Sorry Nick & Michael ????????????) was Kelly from the sales progression team, boy she knows her stuff… She kept on top of everyone in the chain both the other agents and the solicitors, she knew more about what was going on and when than our solicitor. 3rd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.
