   The entire team helped me through a difficult time and a prolonged sale, impacted by the usual as well as extraordinary events in the near east, which impacted prices and confidence across the country. From initial appointment through completion, I was always treated like a human being. Over the course of the sale, I got to speak with and know most of the team and they all worked diligently, authentically and honestly to get my sale over the line (which also included so many shenanigans from the other side's lender!). Suzanne and her team were highly professional, very responsive, and communicated very quickly and effectively at all stages. A What’sApp group involving me plus all the key staff meant that we all knew what was happening regarding viewings, offers and contract conclusions.    Richard and Molly handled the sale of my property and the service they provided was outstanding - great communication throughout the whole process and when some issues appeared (unrelated to their performance), they provided guidance in a calm, reassuring and professional manner.
