The team at John Payne were super helpful in working around our restricting timeframe and, being such a large distance, our unavailability to be present in person to a lot of the meetings that were required. Amelia was our main contact throughout the whole process and she was brilliant at helping the whole ordeal super seamless and stress-free during what would be a high stress process. Unfortunately she was unavailable when we went to pick up our keys, but John was there to help out and couldn't be more helpful if he tried! We appreciate everything they have done for us, and we're super happy with the results! Thank you!

I was so impressed that I immediately booked a valuation with Simon, and the professionalism, warmth, and expertise were identical. It’s that classic English gentleman style: calm, honest, classy, and incredibly well?informed. After meeting seven estate agents, not one came close to the standard set by this team. Truly outstanding service.

1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.

She acted as a great go between between us and the buyer of Mil bt er Crescent and was always able to negotiate with him on our behalf. Emma seems to deal with all the sales on New Green Park and when we pulled out of our first purchase she knew of another one coming on the market so consequently were the first to view and our offer was quickly accepted.

They set up a WhatApp group and queries were always answered within the hour. The house never actually had a "For Sale" sign up as it was sold so quickly that the only sign said "Sold". They had also clearly understood the situation of the buyer - so there were no complications at all along the way. From offer to completion in well under two months says it all. Totally professional and more!
