The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting.
