Constant and regular communication throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Communication was poor, with only one viewing in the 6 month period I was on the market with property hive. The second agent was pleasant and reassured me when I contacted her that she was promoting my property, though we saw no results over the 6 month period other than one viewing. The first had severely lacking communication skills, though I did switch agents when requested. When I first joined nobody let me know we had ‘gone live’ after me requesting we hold the property for a week for a variety of reasons. Overall I felt brushed off and that my house wasn’t important to them. I wouldn’t recommend.

They had 3 viewers, all local and I had to show 2 of them round the property myself. I moved to another agent and had an offer and had significantly more interest, viewings and offers within a month. I think Martin and co target lettings much more than sales and the difference shows when comparing their listings with another agent

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff.
