As a first time buyer it was a daunting process however A.K. was exceptional with us from start to finish, I don't think he could have made the process any easier as it was so flawless. A.K. was always at hand to help answer any questions (again, first time buyers so there was lots to ask!) and he was able to explain them in clear and simple terms.
