Had an offer accepted for a flat, sent all required paperwork. Went on holiday to USA and carried on responding to emails, arrive home and they've sold the flat to someone else. Not really a service at all. When people don't get back to you despite several attempts to contact them on email and online, they are lucky to get two stars. The reason for the two stars is that this was a good business under the previous ownership. The new owners are nowhere near as good. Pretty mediocre!... Read more
