13th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
7th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

The girls at your Callington branch were so helpful and went the extra mile to help me with all the paperwork and gave me so much support. I cannot thank them enough. 23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
