9th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have used LMS for many years now and would never consider using another agent( I swapped to LMS after less than satisfactory experiences with another agent) They are always supremely effective in finding the best tenants, keep me up to date every step of the way and arrange excellent tradespeople when the need arises. I would very highly recommend them.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

29th Jan 2024 (11 weeks ago)The worst estate agents I've dealt with by far - will access the property without you being there or letting you know which is for 1 illegal and 2 rude - the whole office shares a handful of brain cells and you would think they were on a much higher wage for the attitude problems they all have - thanking god I never have too deal with them again x

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
