This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. From first contacting them to arrange a valuation on our house in Abersoch, to the final completion of the sale, Vanessa, Martin and Stacey were hugely supportive. Their communication was excellent, they provided advice and guidance when needed, and were always available to deal with queries.
