3rd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I would not recommend this firm and most certainly not Donna Sagewood. For a simple divorce it took 5 years with a lot of no response and "being in court" excuses as to why she took months to respond to emails, calls or act on what she said she was going to do. Then to top things off after giving all our original birth certificates and being assured I’d get them back they’ve gone and lost them! Honestly save your self the hassle, stress and frustration and go to anyone but this place! I was originally used by herself I’d get copies sent out and still waiting…..it’s an ongoing saga with lots of her clients!

8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
6th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Had a viewing of a property for sale arranged today, on my day off. Took over an hour to drive there and back. Turned up on time, no one there. Called office only to be informed that viewing was cancelled and they meant to tell me but email link wasn't working. Dreadful service. Residence clearly could not care less about potential buyers time. They obviously do not know how to communicate via a telephone!!! Management did not even apologise directly. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE APPROPRIATELY!!
