20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

4th Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)We had cause to use a Notary of Public for a Power of Attorney, and telephoned Paris Steele at Dunbar. The lady on the telephone was lovely and set up an appointment promptly for the following afternoon. We met with Fraser Symon, who had already pre prepared the form I had sent him. He went through it with us and signed & stamped all the relevant parts. We were in & out in no time. Perfect! Highly recommend.

I first contacted them when I was looking for a flat to rent, and from the very beginning they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, and after moving in they were always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Having tried several letting agencies over the past ten years, Bastion Property has genuinely been the best. Their communication, reliability, and overall approach made a huge difference. I would highly recommend them.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)My mum and I just had a horrible experience with an agent at this agency. As newcomers to the UK, we attended a viewing and asked standard questions afterward regarding our family setup (a situation we were completely upfront and clear about before we even booked the viewing by the way!).<br><br>While the agent initially answered questions normally, her attitude completely flipped when we tried to explain our family's rooming needs. Instead of clarifying the tenancy guidelines when we were thinking of solutions (as our situation is complex) she became rude, confrontational, and repeatedly accused us of lying. When I stood up for ourselves and told her to stop insinuating we were being dishonest, the situation escalated into a shouting match and she ordered us to leave.<br><br>I am normally the least confrontational person ever and always avoid conflict, but her hostile energy and accusations forced me to stand up for my family and tell her to stop calling us liars.<br><br>Sure, the agent of course knows better than us when it comes to letting rules, but accusing us of bullshit and being completely hostile when we were just trying to explain our situation is disgusting. I strongly advise other renters, especially international families, to avoid this agency.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
