They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.
9th May 2023 (2 years ago)Really fantastic support throughout the process from Kenny and the team. My house sat on the market for a year until we moved to Re/max and sold within 3 weeks. Kenny walked in and immediately recognised the potential and uniqueness of the property which reignited my hope in finding a buyer - and we did almost immediately. He was also very sensitive to every element of the journey to the sale of this property which I appreciated. To add, we also went with their recommended legal partners, who also provided a fantastic service. Can't recommend this team enough! Amazing service! Thanks for all your help and support!

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

Although they were not acting on my behalf, I found the experience with them to be disappointing. Communication was often curt and, at times, came across as rude, which made an already stressful process much more difficult. From my perspective, the level of professionalism fell short of what I would expect from a firm of solicitors. While they may have fulfilled their role for their own clients, the manner in which they engaged with others involved in the transaction was poor and unhelpful. A prime example of this lack of professionalism is when I went to collect my keys. I had purposely gone after the lunch hour to avoid waiting about (the office is in city centre so parking is a nightmare) as I had been told multiple times lunch was 12-1. I was waiting outside the office for 25 minutes. Tried to phone them multiple times. No response. After 25 minutes at 13:25 the gentleman came strolling back in. No apologies for being late or keeping me waiting. When I queried about why he had been so late to return back to work he proceeded to become stand offish and rude. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this firm

My husband and I moved into a flat managed by Home Lettings and we were very impressed with the level of response when things needed fixing. The staff are always so kind and personable as well. I would definitely recommend Home Lettings to potential landlords or lessees!

Cavers & Co is a respected, family?run rural law firm and estate agency, They combine personalised legal services—including wills, executries, matrimonial and civil matters—with estate agency expertise in property sales and valuations. We can highly recommend, their strong local knowledge and client?centred approach alongside the firm being valued for clear communication, professional guidance, and seamless handling of both legal and property transactions.

It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.
