5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole. Thanks again guys!
1st Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We changed from another local estate agents to Westcoast and certainly haven’t been disappointed. Gavin who came and took all the photos was very professional as were Sam and, Jack. Sam did all the negotiation in our recent sale after hours on a Friday evening, which was above and beyond. We were kept up to date every month with regular phone calls and emails. I would definitely recommend Westcoast.

14th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Two years ago, when I moved out of one of their houses, I had to pay a special cleaning team to clean the oven. I sent them pictures of how the oven looked before I moved in and how it looks now, 10 times cleaner than it was. I had to pay anyway. I asked for a bill from the cleaning team because I wanted to check if they had robbed me, I'm still waiting for the bill. I do not recommend it.
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)WMT recently sold our home in Bridgwater, the process from start to finish was really good! The house sold in just over a week which was great! Kerry and Scott were always very responsive to emails and keeping us updated of what was going on. We actually viewed a house with Kerry while house hunting and she was so energetic and knew all the best features of the house that she showed them all off to us, she clearly enjoys her job and has a genuine love for what she does, so we were confident she was giving 110% with viewings on our property! We would definitely use them again! Thank you Kerry and Scott ??

19th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Highbridge, they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails if the offer is not to their wanting. Rude people. I emailed on Friday with an offer, called on Monday twice to check is this offer was valid or not. No answer and no response by emails. Would not sell or rent my house with this woman/company. 100% avoid

Would highly recommend them.- 2nd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Cooper and Tanner Lettings Ltd were employed by our Landlord to oversee the serving of a section 21 notice (submitted for no reason by the landlord other than he wanted to raise the rent by 25%). This was delayed as we had to involve environmental health due to damp, mould, rats and broken hinges on windows. Caroline Peebles-Brown was initially supportive, stating that we had done our best to maintain the property and it was in much better condition than the landlord had suggested - although the landlord (Colin Leach) had not redcorated, recarpeted or repaired any of the property for our 9 year tenure. She also confirmed that any damage to colouring of the walls was due to age and not nicotine (neither of us smoked). Her stance soon changed and we felt that she had been devious in her initial approach with us. The section 21 notice was issued as soon as possible (after a long list of jobs to be completed had been submitted by environmental health). Both my housemate and I are clased as vulnerable due to illness and this was never considered or taken into account. Having no choice but to request a subject access request regarding the use of our personal data, we received copies of specific emails between Caroline and the landlord, colluding together regarding the return of our deposit. Although this company acted as our agents for only a short period (and I believe no longer act on behalf of the landlord), they were deceitful, inconsiderate, more concerned with completing the list of jobs given to them by enviromental health than considering our mental health (we had workmen arrive at short notice and on the weekends) and were unprofessional. If you are a tenant looking to rent a property through this company, I would wait until the new legislation comes in, early next year.

14th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)I do not recommend at all as i was interested in a commercial property and was told it was available and they would call me back with more information i had asked about the property. I got no phone call back and called for three days in a row but no one answered. The fourth day i had called someone finally answered and i was told the property had now been let to someone else. I was very upset as i could have let the place myself but that was taken away from me because of the poor customer service.

Michael was very professional at all stages, always replying to any queries quickly, giving excellent advice and always available. We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Barnard again.
