I engaged West Coast to sell two flats in early 2022. In the end I sold via Auction House they recommended. I have rated as 4 star as while they tried their absolute best to sell the flats for me in a very challenging market there were a few issues around communication and follow up (sometimes emails took days to be responded to) and one occasion where a staff member at the branch did not give out keys to my tradesperson as it was not noted on the job sheet so this resulted in a 2nd visit and the charging of his time to the branch. This may have been due to communication issues with the property management centre in Weston-Super-Mare which I found to be a disconnect with at times. I also found myself doing lot of the active work like suggesting price adjustments when WC should have been more proactive about matters such as this. Gavin and the team do offer the best service in the town and you won't find better. If standards were lifted that little higher in the areas I have mentioned, it would be even better.

We used WestCoast to sell our property and chose the video/picture package which was professionally done and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the pictures and video produced.
The agents and staff at WestCoast Burnham on Sea office couldn't have been more supportive to us and helped take some of the stress out of what is an already stressful process. They regularly checked in with us and were always quick to communicate with. Anything we needed, they accommodated. This level of attentive service is rare these days and the staff at this office are a credit to WestCoast.
A big thank you to Gavin, Megan, Sue, Rob and Teresa, we really appreciated everything you did for us and wouldn't hesitate to use WestCoast again in future.
