25th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!

6th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I think advertising on more platforms would get greater coverage- 30th Sep 2017 (8 years ago)They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
