3rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.

27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.
