11th May 2018 (8 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.
7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br><br>London is notorious for difficult letting agents, but Oliver Whiteford is genuinely one of the best. We rented through him for two years and it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout - we could reach him constantly via a WhatsApp group anytime, and he was always very quick to resolve any issues that came up. He was consistently transparent and honest in how he handled everything, and always made us feel like a priority as tenants, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was also incredibly accommodating when we ran into trouble with our move-out dates and notice periods, going out of his way to be flexible. Any tenant renting through him is in very good hands. Highly recommend - thank you for everything!
16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.
5th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later. We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.
4th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.
2nd Aug 2024 (2 years ago)In the last 5 years I’ve been renting and have dealt with a few different agencies. George Webb Finn is hands down the best agency. Phillip has been amazing through out and helped resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. We found Phillip to not only look out for the landlord and the property but for us as well which was really refreshing. We are so sorry to not be renting through them at this time but in the future they would be the first company we phone for future rentals or even when we decide to buy.

The extra options he provides as standard helped us sell our house by generating viewers as soon as it went on the market. We sold in one day. Thank you Lee - can’t understand why anyone would go with another Woodley agent knowing how hard you work to make the process so straight forward for your clients.
27th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Dinesh at Aeon Estates said he could find a serious buyer for my property within two weeks - He did just that. Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. Aeon Estates come highly recommended, I am so pleased I chose them.

6th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.
6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.
