25th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)At first all was ok then when work had to be done to property the owner of Dixons sent her husband to do the work and it was poor. When we were leaving they rushed us out. Even though we paid rent on time and kept the flat very clean to the highest standard. During last winter we waited weeks for the boiler to be fixed. They held on to our deposit and now have to go to court.

From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. Very satisfied with the expertise and support he provided to us and would recommend him to anyone.
14th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)The only estate agents to use when it comes to selling and letting your properties, as they are professional, their knowledge is the best I’ve ever come across in two decades and they work extra hard to get the results, their photos, descriptions, and team are rare to the market. I’ve always been in the safest hands when it comes to our properties and investments- This agent doesn't have any reviews

3rd Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Abhishek at Beacons. Had a viewing and expressed my interest immediately and was told I would have to have another viewing with the landlord present. I was very eager to put down a holding deposit as I had had extreme trouble finding a new home and was practically homeless (Abhishek was aware of this) but I was told that I could not put down a holding deposit because if the landlord didn't like me then they would have to refund me and 'the accountant won't like it.' I emailed and called multiple times, providing Abhishek with a list of dates I could meet with the landlord and was told he would be back to me. I would rind him on the morning of each date just to be told the landlord was busy and for the final date I never heard a single thing from him. I was then told that the landlord was going on holiday and would meet me when they returned but was refused the knowledge of when the landlord would be back! I left a fair few emails and voicemails over the coming week with absolutely no response. I called and was finally answered by a rude woman saying that I has rung to enquire about *address* for her to respond 'so?' before saying 'yeah well it's already been let anyways.' For a company who claims to have a 'solid reputation and strong links with the local community' their service is shocking and I would NOT RECOMMEND.

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.

13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Like everyone else you have to give a star to leave a comment but its not worthy of a star. Unprofessional, no communication skills, sneaky, loves telling lies, no care attitude until something needs sorting their end. Seems to magically forget or pretend to be unaware of rules and regulations. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place. How it still runs baffles me. Shocking is an understatement

She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
