Wendy and Chris have been absolutely fantastic in helping me secure the right commercial premises for my new business.<br>From the moment I identified the property, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They arranged multiple viewings, were incredibly flexible, and were always on hand to answer questions and keep me informed. A special mention must go to Wendy, who was consistently accessible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile.<br>What really impressed me was the personal level of service. They even negotiated access to the property before the lease was completed, allowing me to make sure it was suitable for the therapeutic work we provide with families and children. They also negotiated a phased approach to the costs, which was extremely helpful as a new business, and arranged for me to meet directly with the landlord so I could explain the work we are doing in the community.<br>Throughout the process, communication was excellent.
