I had seen similar listings to mine on Rightmove that had been sitting on the market for over seven months, so to receive the offer we did, over the asking price, was honestly mind-blowing. The property was sold off-market, which made the result even more impressive. Elite clearly had access to the right buyers and knew how to position the property properly. Everything was handled quickly, discreetly and professionally from start to finish. We also realised that Elite has agents located across London and beyond, which gave us the benefit of wider exposure rather than being limited to one local office. I am glad to say the debate of local estate agency versus hybrid agency was won by Elite. My wife said, “pleasant outcomes can come from mistakes,” and in this case she was absolutely right.
