8th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)The valuation of my property was too high - I queried it, but the manager assured me it was achievable. It wasn't - I had just two viewings. I dropped the price by £10k in the end, but by then it had been on the market too long and was looking stale. Bradleys also has a deal with Homewise, a scheme for the over-60s that offers a reduced price in return for an equity stake. I specifically stated in the contract that I did not wish to be included in the Homewise scheme. Despite this, my property appeared on Rightmove with the Homewise listing at £65k less than the full-price listing. It looked very confusing and made the higher figure look overpriced. It took three calls/emails to get the Homewise listing removed. Feedback was generally poor and there were no suggestions about to how to improve marketing. One sales assistant did her best, but Bradleys seem to run the office on a shoestring.
20th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a first time solo home buyer Fox and Son's were very supportive right from the first phone call asking about property's, to viewings and the process of buying. They were able to give me update when asked and also would call when I needed info. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because the paperwork from my seller was incorrect around council banding and this had not been checked so was advertised wrong, the only constructive advice I could give would be please check this in the future but I also acknowledge I should've checked it too! Thanks to Aimee and Lucy in particular you were both so helpful, I love my new home thanks to you guys!
3rd May 2026 (1 day ago)Had a really good experience with Diamond Estate Agents in Tiverton. Easy to deal with and clear communication throughout. Jane and Mark were especially good at keeping us updated and helping us work through any issues along the way. Will be using them again, and will always value their opinion/thoughts on anything house or market related.

From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. They were very focused on our needs and didn’t waste our time; they introduced us to great properties, helping us to find our forever home. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice. The team was always truthful about prices and options and we were immensely impressed with the service. Thoroughly recommended.

Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
