Acorn Sadlery repaired my Bible cover for me. The service was brilliant - very professional repair and speedy too. They even posted it back to me as it wasn't convenient for me to go back to collect it.

Appalling service from the saddler. We bought a new saddle which they fitted and advised us this would be infinitely adjustable as our young horse developed. This was not the case and we were very quickly left with a saddle which did not fit. We eventually sought help from the manufacturer who advised that our saddle was not suitable for the horse and could not be adjusted to fit.

Once again fantastic service, I spoke to you at the shooting show and explained that I needed a repair doing on a loaders bag that I had bought from you and I had forgotten to bring it with me. Your answer, no problems post it down to us and we will repair it and send it back to you, well no sooner said than done returned and repaired in less than seven days. I was just expecting a repair well it's all be polished and looks brand new, fantastic. What can I say once again perfect service thanks very much guys, and girls.
