As we were aware, selling our family home was going to lead to stressful times ahead, with the stamp duty relief and property in the West Country being very much in demand Mike steered us all the way and helped us to stay relaxed as much as we could. He is so professional and really knows the housing market very well, he talked us through the presentation and value of our property. Mike recently helped our family sell our late parents cottage. Throughout the whole process Mike was simply superb.from his initial wonderful photos, videos and drone shots and through every step of the sale. He never failed to go above and beyond in getting the sale completed.
Selling our parents house was not an easy thing for our family, but along with his complete professionalism, Mike is also a top bloke, and his kindness and sensitivity was appreciated by all of us.

Michael Adey is a true professional. Nothing is too much trouble and his calm, reassuring manner is what is needed when things predictably stall and need a push in the right direction. Mike has the ability to deal with all parties in the same respectful way and he will find out the answer to queries and help the conveyancers when communication has gone a little awry.
Initially when the chain collapsed and we lost our buyer, Mike had secured another offer within two hours! This was outstanding and no time was lost with the transactions.
I would definitely recommend Mike as your Estate Agent if you want a service that goes over and above the usual standard.
