The team were really helpful throughout the sale and a buyer was found very quickly.
Our preferred method of communication was by email with occasional telephone call as we did not live in the area. The team kept us updated throughout, responded to our queries promptly and accompanied all viewings.
We haven't mentioned a particular member of staff as the South Molton staff worked as a team, so we knew that whomever we called/messaged would be able to assist. The way that the team work together gave us confidence and was reassuring. They were professional and courteous throughout even when we may have been less so due to circumstances separate to the sale.

Desite putting our property on the market a few months before Xmas - the market slowed. Webbers advice came to fruition as the market got going in the new year. We finally got the right price, then we found the run up to exchanging contracts both ways quite frustrating & stressful. Webbers did all that was possible to assist us. i had two telephone calls with an estate agent at Webber's in south molton over the course of a 2 week period. to ask questions about a letting in bish mill. i also wanted to set up a viewing. the staff member i needed to talk with was not available so i left my name and number. i had not such call back. today i drove 89 miles to the office only to find out she had all of the information i needed to know. but was to busy chatting and drinking coffee with the other 4 estate agents to pick up the phone a relay the information back to me. its a joke. agency run by clowns

Initially I was very happy with the experience when renting a property. The agent who was dealing with my case was friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. The story changed when I wanted to get my deposit back after finishing renting... I was asked by my ex-landlord to wash all the carpets and the curtains by a professional company despite the fact there was nothing in our contract which stated we should have done this. There was also no mention of this throughout our tenancy therefore I was surprised when that was asked of me from an agent before my deposit was released. The telephone conversation with K. was debilitating; the agent sounded annoyed with me; friendliness from the beginning was gone. I was shocked when she asked me to 'donate' some money towards carpet cleaning as she said: "this is how we do things here". At that moment I wanted to ask whether she meant it's because I'm not from Devon or even England and don't know 'how things are done'. I 'donated' the money as I was afraid that if I won't, there will be more problems occurring and at this point I needed my deposit money back. Maybe some additional customer handling training could be of benefits.

Lauren was amazing gave us contacts to a great mortgage broker and soliciter, making buying our first home easy! We felt that communication was amazing and fast and they were kind enough to give us a little gift of soaps and vouchers when we got the keys! 10/10 if we ever sell we will be using Webbers ??
