Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

19th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have been using Julian at Ark for many years now to get us good tenants and complete referencing, etc.. Julian has always been excellent and found us excellent tenants, the last one living at the property for 13 years. We would never use anyone else as we are totally satisfied with the service he provides.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Highbridge, they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails if the offer is not to their wanting. Rude people. I emailed on Friday with an offer, called on Monday twice to check is this offer was valid or not. No answer and no response by emails. Would not sell or rent my house with this woman/company. 100% avoid- This agent doesn't have any reviews
