As a first time buyer, Sharon was reassuring and helpful and allowed me enough time when viewing to plan and imagine myself living there. I highly recommend Sharon and if ever I decided to sell, would use Fraser Wheeler again.

This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.
5th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We bought a property that was marketed and being sold by Connells Torquay. For backstory, we sold a property with Taylor’s who had excellent communication, weekly updates, a very active sales progression worker and so our experience with Connells was unfortunately the stark opposite. Some positives to begin with- we were very welcome to have as many viewings on the property we bought, we never felt rushed and never felt like we were an inconvenience. Lauren and Harrison were pleasant, they were knowledgeable and they were friendly. The negatives- trying to get hold of anyone is so hard. Normally at least 8 calls to get through to the Torquay branch. This was also mentioned by our selling agent (she mentioned difficulty and sometimes inability to get through to/contacting Connells). We were told that they would do something a number of times but never did (e.g return a call on a specific day and then not, said they’d chase up a question with the seller but never did or certainly not tell us the outcome if they did). We never had any updates on the progression of our purchase, not once were we contacted by anyone to give us any updates, whereas our selling agent would be communicating between us, and our buyer once a week without fail. Perhaps most concerningly, I believe we were potentially given the wrong keys on completion date. We were handed two sets of keys and none of them opened the front or rear doors. Fortunately there was a key safe and we were planning to change all of the keys anyway. But it’s concerning if we were given keys to someone else’s property. Connells please get in touch to arrange collection of these keys if they do belong to another property and you need them back. We did not sell a property with Connells Torquay, but we would actively avoid selling or buying from Connells in the future based on comparing directly our experience with Taylor’s sales progression vs Connells sales progression.
25th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Estate Agents and had a mixed experience, although ultimately we were very happy with the support we received from Jodie in the sales progression team.<br><br>We initially dealt with Harrison, who showed us around the property. Harrison was excellent he took the time to make sure we could properly look around, ask questions and feel comfortable without ever being pushy. He also had a good knowledge of the property, which made the viewing experience really positive.<br><br>Unfortunately, once our offer was accepted and we moved over to the general sales team, we felt the communication let us down. We often struggled to get the information we needed and, on one occasion, actually had to visit the branch in person to get certain answers. This was disappointing and at that stage, we weren't sure we would be leaving a five-star review.<br><br>Thankfully, around a week later we were introduced to Jodie in the sales progression team, and this completely changed our experience with Taylors. Jodie kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly, continued to communicate with us even when there wasn't a specific update to give. This gave us reassurance and restored our confidence in Taylors during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>Jodie is a real asset to Taylors. Her communication, professionalism and dedication made a huge difference to our experience, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting us through the process as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Harrison for making our initial experience so positive, and especially to Jodie for all her hard work and support throughout the purchase. ?????

4th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently sold my 4 bed detached house through Eric Lloyd in Churston, Brixham. Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.
25th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)My friend and I were discussing the sale of his property and I did a quick valuation check which emailed my details to connells. The following day I got a call asking if I was interested in selling. No problem, I explained the situation to a very nice guy and asked that I be taken off their system as the house was not mine, if my friend wanted help then he'd get in touch. 1 week later I have had 8 calls, from different connells members asking the same darn thing. Don't listen, won't take a hint.

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marchand Petit, and in particular Kandi and Eloise, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>This was our first experience of buying a new build, and we decided to purchase off-plan, so naturally there was a lot we didn’t know about the process. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. We’ve really appreciated their honest advice and the time they’ve taken to understand what we were looking for as a family.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marchand Petit, Kandi and Eloise to anyone looking to buy a property. 22nd Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Best estate agents we've ever dealt with!<br><br>We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout.<br><br>We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance.<br><br>From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant.<br>Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion.<br><br>After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country.<br><br>We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was mostly looked after by the wonderful Milly Orchard at Fulfords. (And, on the occassion I called when she was out, by Tammy, who was also wonderfully warm and helpful!). Milly was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional while I had to sort everything out on a crunched timescale for finding and moving in to a new place as a tenant, and helped me every step of the way to get into my new, wonderful place to live. Some of the usual process was complex in my case - difficulty accessing documents, having changed my name - but Milly was incredibly helpful in letting me know what we could do, how to do it, and generally keeping me informed and reassured as we figured it all out. It would have been infinitely more stressful without knowing I was in Milly’s hands, and she’s an absolute credit to Fulfords. Absolutely delighted by my move, and Fulfords were wonderful every step of the way. Moving can be so hectic and stressful, and they were wonderful, professional, helpful, and most of all amidst the stress of moving, every interaction felt warm and human and kind.
